A critical condition for SMS Mobile Marketing's explosive growth in European and Asian markets was inter-carrier text messaging. Recently, the major carriers including AT&T, Cingular, Verizon and VoiceStream have announced that they will support inter-carrier use in the United States. This development sets the stage for rapid adoption of text messaging in the US Market.
